ABOUT THE PROGRAMME

This programme allows system administrators (IT pros), developers, and data professionals to validate that they have the skills necessary to cover all aspects of digital transformation. These skills range from managing on-premises, hybrid, or cloud infrastructure, to innovating with the best-in class applications, to supporting those apps and infrastructure with data and analytics - all with the proper security considerations.

WHO SHOULD ENROL FOR THIS PROGRAMME?

Individuals who:

  • are looking to specialize in implementing, managing, and monitoring identity, governance, storage, computers, and virtual networks in a cloud environment, plus provision, size, monitor, and adjust resources, when needed.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

  • English
  • It is recommended to have familiarity with concepts of networking, storage, computers, application support, and application development.
  • CompTIA Certifications (See: IT Systems and Network Support Programme)

CURRICULUM

  • Introduction to Azure - Azure Fundamentals
  • Monitor and Maintain Azure resources - Azure Administrator Associate
  • Implement and manage security and compliance solutions, and enforce data governance - Azure Security Engineer Associate
  • Introduction to Azure data concepts - Azure Data Fundamentals
  • implements and manages the operational aspects of cloud-native and hybrid data platform solutions built with Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Azure Data Services - Azure Database Administrator Associate
