ABOUT THE PROGRAMME

This programme provides students with the essential knowledge and skills to deploy, configure, secure, manage, and monitor devices and client applications in an enterprise environment. Completing this programme sets the base for a person to build specialist knowledge and skill expert level Microsoft 365 administration

WHO SHOULD ENROL FOR THIS PROGRAMME?

Individuals who:

  • are looking to specialize in Microsoft 365 Administration and Security deployment, implementation, and configuration after having completed the base subjects (CompTIA courses).

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

  • English
  • CompTIA Certifications - A+, N+ and Cloud+ (See: IT Systems and Network Support Programme)
  • It is recommended to have familiarity with common IT challenges, such as enterprise license management and support plan management

CURRICULUM

  • Introduction to Microsoft 365 - Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
  • Managing identity, access, policies, updates, and app for Windows 10 - Microsoft 365 Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
  • Tenant-level planning, implementation, and administration of cloud and hybrid enterprise environments - Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert
  • Learn installing, administering, and troubleshooting an organization's security solutions - Microsoft 365 Security Administrator Associate
