The programme provides you with sound knowledge to understand the essential concepts of Accounting, imparting valuable theoretical principles that can be applied to practical issues and problems. It gives you the opportunity to learn more about a wide range of related topics and discover the reasons why and the ways in which organisations do their financial reporting.
You will learn to analyse situations that may occur in the workplace, make comparisons between various ideas and concepts, and solve problems. The programme will also help you to become a skilled communicator and decision-maker who will be able to take the lead in your organisation.

Individuals who
NSC (National Senior Certificate) (Gr 12) with admission to Baccalaureus studies with at least 30% in the language of learning and a of learning and a pass in Mathematics or 60% and above for Mathematical Literacy
OR
NC (National Certificate) (Vocational) Level 4, with at least 50% in the language of teaching and learning and with a pass in Mathematics or 60% and above for Mathematical Literacy, as specified by UMALUSI.
