ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- English
- CompTIA Certifications – A+, N+ and Cloud+ (See: IT Systems and Network Support Programme)
- It is recommended to have familiarity with common IT challenges, such as enterprise license management and support plan management

- Introduction to Microsoft 365 – Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
- Managing identity, access, policies, updates, and app for Windows 10 – Microsoft 365 Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- Tenant-level planning, implementation, and administration of cloud and hybrid enterprise environments – Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert
- Learn installing, administering, and troubleshooting an organization’s security solutions – Microsoft 365 Security Administrator Associate
